Congratulations to ALDAR on the launch of Waldorf Astoria Residences, Yas Island – a new benchmark for luxury living in Abu Dhabi. Perched along Yas Links Golf Course, with panoramic views of the waterways, and mangroves, this exclusive collection of apartments and penthouses represents a refined intersection of design excellence, context sensitivity, and international brand presence.

We are proud to have collaborated with ALDAR and KEO International Consultants in delivering the Architectural Concept Design and continuing Design Guardianship for this landmark project – the first Waldorf Astoria branded residences in the capital.

Envisioned as three buildings, each consisting of a series of intersecting volumes that subtly slide past each other, creating dual-aspect views of the Golf Course and mangroves for the majority of residences, including close proximity to the world-renowned Yas Formula 1 Circuit.
