Arabian Ranches 3 is a community designed for families to live in a socially vibrant atmosphere with vibrant green spaces organized in a holistically designed set of neighbourhoods. The masterplan for Arabian Ranches 3 will be developed in four phases with mix of townhouses, low rise apartment buildings, community mall, school, mosques and a large park at the centre of the masterplan connecting all the residential communities. Furthermore, these communities are linked together via a web of green nodes each with their own identity, from dog parks to club houses, children’s playgrounds, and outdoor exercise facilities to offer residents opportunities for bonding, growth and forming new friendships.
